I was about to play super mario 3d land and usually there would be a moving image on the top screen but nothing happened. I went on another software title and it did the same thing and it still does even after I turn it off. It happens with all software including cartridges. Can someone please help me?

How much free space is left on system and on the sd-card?

I would reccomend taking out the game cartridge, blowing, (on the game and 3ds) , and turn i off and put it back in.
