I'd recommend AdBlockPlus (Browser Addon) to block ads silently before they make your antivirus mad.

SomeLuigi is changing in 2015.

I always used Ad Block Plus because it blocks annoying ads and my antivirus system (Norton) blocks 3DSPlaza.zzl.org but I can still visit it on 3DS.

@SomeLuigi: Using ad blockers basically takes away the profit from the web developers...
