I really don't care if a person doesn't have a avatar, styled profile, or many friends, as long as they are understandable and civil. Let's say there are two new users.

1. help me wit my porfile

2. Can someone help me with some areas of my profile? I read the other topics and figured out how to do the main background, but would anyone know how to change the color of my comment boxes and back to the menu button?

I would be much more inclined to help user 2, because he told us what he needs help with in a civil manor and already tried looking for information. Having a short fuse, I would probably call user 1 a noob.
