That indicates that your cookies must be disabled somehow... Can you try logging in on PC?

Try deleting the cookies and history on your 3DS Browser, and then switch off and turn on your 3DS. Then try again.

That's weird... Well, it might indeed be your internet, but I think cookies have nothing to do with that

Anyways, Doree said it worked on her iPod but not 3DS, so it must be something with the 3DS, I guess... I'll keep looking for a fix. Don't worry.

I went on Triniate and tried to use the preview function, it appears optimized for the 3ds n all but doesn't load up, it is a gif, right?
