As for an "official" reply to this petition...SMO, to my knowledge, doesn't really meet forum spam standards at this time. While he does make several useless threads that end up getting closed, it's not excessive nor does it flood...it may just be one or two threads every other day or so.
Banishment isn't completely out of the question for mild "spam", but as it is as of now, I don't think a ban is necessary.
