I'm advising you not to abuse your freedom as a user. That is what you intend to do.
I do allow users to take the discussions in which they are involved in any direction that does not conflict with our rules, however, exceptions can be made. One such exception would be this thread. Its primary purpose is not to create a discussion but to inform all users of rules by which they must abide. I would like to have this thread remain open, but if keeping it open proves to be too troublesome, I will have it closed.
You say you want to create an off-topic discussion simply because you can. To do so would mean to abuse your freedom. You are within my jurisdiction, therefore I am responsible for preventing said abuse. In doing so, my goal is to safeguard this thread's content's integrity and secure a space solely for the discussion of our rules should the need for such a space ever arise. Underline that, it's the main idea.

If you want to report me, just know that I can defend my position very well, which means you most likely won't win anything but instead will only disgrace yourself.
Also, know that I am not imposing my will on you, but that I am trying to make you understand the reason why this is important. You appear to be very adamant, but you can't have your way this time. Your behavior's been a problem lately and this is where I draw the line. I can't protect you from the consequences of all your actions no matter how hard I try.

Actually, the only pain in the ass here is you, mega. I've explained things very clearly, but you're too dense to let it sink in. You are being a child. That you would go to such extremes as to claim that I am abusing my power when in reality I'm only keeping you in check tells me that you have a warped perception of the situation.

Here's what I think of your second chat thread. Your terrorist threats have cost everyone the privilege to discuss the rules in this forum section. As I've already stated, this thread's primary purpose is to be read. As you've already mentioned, there's another one of these threads in This Plaza. I'm closing this one so it can only be read and leaving the other one open so questions may be asked.

If anyone has any objections and wants this thread to stay open, the same thing I said to mega still applies. I will still only have comments pertaining to the rules in this thread.
