+1 I think this should be enforced, not only for the original creator but like Kishy said, to teach the plagiariser a lesson that they shouldn't do it. Even though this is only a silly website and probally won't do much, it's still a nice idea.

Ya know because people always say be appropriate this is a kids site. But this rule is a rule that punishes adults in real life.
