News: There have been a recent series of crimes committed in the Carolina area which the local police department believes could be linked to one perpetrator. The suspect of these crimes (Carolina Raper, as he has come to be known), subjects his victims to anal torture using the world's spiciest peppers, the Carolina Reapers. He inserts them in their anal cavities then makes them eat it. Afterwards, he proceeds to sexually violate them.

This one guy on reddit said when he was a kid, he thought "the perpetrator" was the name of a super villan who kept goin around doing crimes and being talked about on the news.
