I would upload my app on the Google Play Store, but it requires money to upload an app. I wouldn't mind this, as because I have alot of money saved up, but the only way to pay is by using a credit card, something I do not own.

I just found an alternative to the Google Play Store. It is called "SlideMe". It was made before the original Android market and is actually on very old Android devices. Unfortunately, it is not on the Google Play Store, but on a website. You can just download apps from the site, or download their app. I am currently waiting for approval of my app, but if it is approved, there will be an alternative app download as well as few more new members.
