Fun fact, milk contains hormones that may cause cancer. Cows are now routinely fed a hormone called "recombinant bovine somatotropin" that can lead up to a cancer.

I don't drink milk.

I'm lactose intolerant, so I drink almond milk.

The human body is ridiculously frail. We have to keep a constant balance of all things that enter and exit out bodies or else we die.

Go without water? Dehydration

Too much water? Assuming you don't drown, your blood gets diluted.

Eat too much? Obesity.

Eat too little? Starvation.

Work out your muscle too much? They burn out begin degradation.

Too little? They atrophy then never move again.

Too much potassium? Renal and heart Failure.

Not enough? Heart failure

Too much sodium? Hypertension.

Not enough? Heart failure

Hanshotfirst- One has to go great lengths to reach those extremes. That is what they are, extremes. Too much of anything is lethal.
