Layton, Weebly is a crappy sitebuilder. HelioHost is a good PHP webhost, but it never lets you sign up. 3DSPlaza was created by a paid-for host before moving to GoDaddy (which is also paid-for). And yes, this site is completely code, definitely no sitebuilding.

It already states that the sub-forum get's flooded with site builders from people who can't be bothered learning how to do it all themselves. There are many fair reasons why site builders are a 'no no' here.

It's not stupid because it's a very lazy thing to do, and it fills up the forum and site with these type of sites (which is bad).
