I tried an experiment on myself once. I wasn't that good at staying focused on sleeping enough to actually fall asleep, so it took me hours to.
At one point I wondered if listening to a certain kind of music while I slept each time would eventually make me associate that music with sleep whenever I heard it, making me able to fall sleep easier.
It did not work :]
UnhingedTool (2016-04-15 03:08:17)I need complete silence. With the sound of my fan or outside noises.
Ayy Lmao.
XxFuzzballxX (2016-04-15 03:57:08)I did, and not anymore. I've noticed how much better I sleep when listening to relaxing music. I tested it out one night when we went out of state. Slept wonderfully that night.
I wanna start again, but my plug for my player is out of reach.
hi again
PANZERFAUST (2016-04-16 23:26:34)For some reason SLAYER gives me good dreams. Especially the album South of Heaven.
I miss you
