Alright, so you want to join an actual writing team which you have to get chosen for, right? That means you have to hold yourself to a higher standard if you want to make it. You are in a competition against other writers who also want the position. That means you are going to have to be better than they are. I'll do what I can to help you with that. If you're interested, keep reading.
I'm going to be honest with you. It is highly unlikely that you're going to be the one that gets the position (unless superfame is a small website that isn't well known. I haven't looked into it yet) and it's not because your stories are absolutely terrible, it's that there's a whole lot of room for improvement. You've made quite a lot of rookie mistakes in your latest story.
What really stands out though, is your poor use of punctuation. I'm not going to lie to you. It's awful. So awful that you made a mistake by showing them your Wattpad account. When they see your incorrect punctuation all over the place, they will cross your name off their list and forget you exist. They will chose someone else.
When they look at it, they will assume you are someone who does not proofread or edit at all. Those are vital to making a decent story, let lone a good one. If you want to be chosen, you will have to learn to edit and proofread. Sure, the people on Wattpad or your friends will tell you that your work is absolutely flawless, but if you want the WORLD to appreciate your writing, you have to get serious.
Again, I'm just being honest with you. If you want some help with improving your writing, just pm me any time.

I wrote the beginning of that story a while ago, back when I was first starting to write stories. But I will agree with you that it sucked. I have to edit that story and I was doing that today. Thanks for the feedback!

I just exist at this point. Nothing too special going on.
little5 (2015-12-31 20:20:44)Hemingway Editor is a pretty alright writing tool. Use it at discretion. Some things are stylistic, like merging repetitive sentences with semicolons. It'll mark that as a sentence that's too long. "Big words" are okay, but use them rarely. Too much and your writing will be too hard to read. There's nothing with adverbs, either, but people use them far too much.
(Note: those were tips for using hemingway editor; I haven't read your wattpad yet)
Writingbox is a tumblr account with great tips. Browse through there in your spare time, take notes.
•Use variety in sentence lengths. If all your sentences are the same size, your readers will get bored. If any are too long, your readers will get lost (especially if they have no punctuation, eugh).
•When a new person speaks, start a new paragraph. This includes the narrator. If the narrator is describing the scene, and John decides to make an uncalled for joke about it, you still have to follow this rule. (I see this mistake a lot here)
•Punctuation comes before the quotation.
•Parents, friends, loved ones etc. tend to be bad criticizers. Unless you can get them to sit down and peer edit a paper for you, you're just gonna get a pat on the back. Ask a teacher. Have them be honest.
Edit: I'm adding more, personalized tips after I read a sample of your writing. These are just common mistakes.
Edit 2: I'm a little busy. Later.

Nemesis (2015-12-31 21:12:40)If all of the things you've said (and others have said) about your writing, you should be good to go! Honestly, even though I am a good writer, persuasive essays are challenging, so make sure you are good at those. Also, as one of the users here said (I forgot which one), use a variety of good words, that intrigue the reader. Good luck!

So I recently just applied to join the writing team at Superfame. Superfame is a gossip website about youtubers and viners (I only care about the youtubers because Youtube is my life) and I now have to wait 'till March to see if they'll choose me. I wanna keep this thread alive for awhile because any comment will relax me.
Do you think I could become a writer for them? I've always wanted to write for them and this is my first shot.
Thanks for reading!
Fair Winds!
