Whenever I drew, it was always for games I played with my older brother. We frequently made OC's for Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man Battle Network, and Pokémon. I used to have a folder with the pictures we drew. My brother is actually good at drawing, so his were better.

I've looked for the folder before, but I could only find a folder that hat a piece of notebook paper with 101 cats on it.

Naira (2015-07-18 17:01:14)I used to get religion mixed up. I used to think that saying God`s name was ´haram`, messing up Judaism, and whenever I used to see a sikh man with a turban, I used to think he was an imam of some mosque.
Nutsy (2015-07-18 18:08:57)I was young, about four or five. It was an average afternoon during the Oklahoman winter that my father took me to the local Walmart to buy groceries. I was wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt because of the cold. Some time had passed as normal and we were at the check out counter. It was in line, being the young child I was, when I decided to do something I considered silly. I looked at my dad, mistaking my navy blue hooded sweatshirt for black, pulled the hood up, and tightened the hood with the strings. With my entire face concealed by the hood I screamed "Look Dad! I'm a black guy!". Little did I know, there was an actual black guy in line behind us. My dad started freaking out, screaming things like "That is not okay!" or "We don't do that!". He started apologizing to the guy too.
Fun.

What kinds of things did you do as a kid that you thought seemed hardcore at the time, but only makes you cringe remembering it now?
Story time!
I remember this one particular picture I made where a poorly drawn demon was tearing apart poorly drawn stick figures with poorly drawn blood gushing out everywhere and a poorly drawn sun with a poorly drawn angry face on it. There was a poorly drawn tank busting out of the wall of a poorly drawn building, about to run over a poorly drawn stick man with his poorly drawn child, although the tank just looked like a couple of squares with random holes in it. On one corner of the picture there was a poorly drawn cat with an arm (also poorly drawn, although it was just a stick figure arm) holding a gun pointed at the cat.
The reason for the cat was me seeing one of those YouTube videos with "funny" pictures (a bunch of captioned pictures of cats and a few memes) in a slideshow and laughing really hard at this one particular picture of a cat in a window sticking it's hands up in front of an arm with a gun in it. The caption was "I didn't do it!"
I thought this was hilarious and decided to try and put that cat picture in my work of "art". It ended up looking like a stick with a spider on it in front of a fat kid with a weird head. The words "I didn't do it!" Were drawn in crayon above its head. Whenever I showed people my edgy picture, thinking they would be "shocked" or scared at how "messed up" it was, expecting them to say things like "dude, what the hell, man? You have issues. That's disturbing". They couldn't tell what it was I was trying to draw though, because it looked like a bunch of scribbles. After many years, I found the picture again and it took me a few seconds to realize what the huge mess of crayon scribbles were. A bunch of poorly drawn "gore". Suddenly, too many cringe inducing memories came back to me at once of how I showed people that picture. I showed it to so many freaking people! I made them read the caption above the cat. People would read " I didn't do it." Out loud and make a weird face because they had no idea what was supposed to be going on in the picture.
Sometimes I wish I could go back in time and punch my younger self in the face and rip apart every drawing he tried to make until he finally gave up on drawing forever.
