Kind of...? I felt the aftershock of an earthquake in like 2010 or 2011 (somewhere around there) and then there was Hurricane Sandy in 2012 but I was really affected by it.

We had two major floods in our area. We had one occur in 2008, which had a big impact on our community, and another one in 2011 that was worse. They had to make the events center at a local university into a Red Cross shelter in 2011. I had weight lifting in the fall when this occured.

During summer, someone reported a funnel in the sky in Nevada(aka tornado) and I got so scared. Turned out to be from a rain storm. Everyone knows that Nevada is so dry that tornadoes cannot occur.

Southern New Mexico doesn't even come close to a natural disaster. Probably the closest thing to a natural disaster is probably sand storms, but that's about it.
