Amatsuki (2015-03-05 04:05:48)Here In R.I it's pretty legal. You can own under an ounce and use it privately. You cannot sell it, unless it is in bulk and is in the work feild provided by the state. So it's strict, but I expect it to be sold in Liquor stores here to honest.
