Whether you forgot to complete your homework, "forgot" to wash the dishes, etc, what excuses do you usually make up? What happens as a result for your silly excuses that some people barely seem to notice?

I'll be checking in on this site from time to time. It's not as good as it used to be, but it wouldn't hurt to check in.
