I'm no hater. Just going to explain why people do this in the first place:

Some people are born dudes, but don't identify as one. Same way vise versa. They don't do it to be perverted. They do it because they have thought deeply for a while, and seriously taken into consideration how they feel about their own gender and weather or not they really feel that they identify as it. It's just like being g@y. You don't get to choose which gender you will identify as. If someone feels that they should be one gender instead of the other, there's no reason not to let them be changed.
