If by smart you mean good at debating and explaining their point, everyone is just about equal. At least that's how I see it.
The thing is, though. We can't really know. Like a lot of people, I don't show my true potential on this website because I just come here to goof off. A lot of people are like that and are more intelligent than you think. For example, PhantomR could be a genius for all we know. At the end of the day, the only correct answer when it comes to who the most intelligent user is would be "I don't know."

Determining intelligence on such a small community is difficult, as there aren't as many user interactions. VoidEnigma was great at finding synonyms of simplistic words, but he didn't display any more knowledge than the rest of us. I'd nominate Lonewolf as the smartest of 3DSPlaza, for trumping us with such an otherwise easily answered question.
