Duane (2014-01-25 02:11:46)Agreed. The forums are what kept me here, as they are interesting.
Thanks for the memories...

I feel mindfiretrucked.

SackThing101 (2014-01-25 05:04:41)The forums itself is dead now for some reason.
This is the 2nd most active forum. The first one is the Creepypasta/Story forum.
You can't have both extremely fun forums and extremely rule enforced at the same time.
You have to choose between having every single topic with an argument in it automatically closed the second it breaks out or let things like that just stay here and let the forums become interesting.
It's the forum mods who don't let "fun" happen before it begins, not that there is any problem with them.
Less website rules = more fun.
The two things everyone here seems to want just don't go together.
"We need more rules and forum mods to keep all the drama, spam, ect away from us!"
"We need more interesting things to happen in the forums!"
^ only one of those wants can be satisfied
Ron1212 (2014-01-25 20:04:41)Actually, the entire website seems to be lowering in activity. That's just what I noticed.

I have to agree with you. Arguments are fun.. It's just something about arguing over the Internet is fun.. Probably because it won't effect your life. I think the mods should be less strict.. Close the useless 1 worded dumb threads, and let the arguments go sometimes.
TREEhugger101 (2014-01-26 04:17:26)The forums are the only remotely civil place imo, hence the emptiness

TFDFrance (2014-01-26 05:20:53)I remember when they used to say arguements weren't good. Now they want them.
That's hot.
I have an idea that could be a solution to both issues actually.
Forget what I said about only being able to choose one of the two things we want from this website.
I'm not sure if I should share my idea with you though because it may start an argument and get this thread closed
Everything else stays the same except for one thing.
A new forum right under miscellaneous called "trashcan" or whatever would fit.
In this forum there are no rules against swearing, religion, arguments, ect.
Most people will say "no dude that forum will be hell." But it really won't affect them. If this forum is made then all the interesting threads can be kept in one place where the moderators can not interfere.
Also, the forum may have any kind of topic. It doesn't matter if it relates to gaming or is a creepypasta. Anything and everything can be posted there without any rule worshiping guy coming along and saying "wrong forum".
Even if a thread in the trashcan forum is RACIST it can not be closed there.
The only thing unallowed is spam. Multiple spam topics will be deleted there.
That's my idea.
If you don't agree with my idea:
1. It is only once forum. Who cares if you don't like the idea? It will not affect the other ones in any negative way.
2. You are a forum mod/ admin and don't agree with this?
You have no legit reason not to make a trashcan forum even if you don't like the idea. The majority of this website would be happy with it and you won't even need to watch that one since there are no rules against anything besides spam.
Any other reason you have to object, please tell me.
carlos11 (2014-01-29 03:23:35)I love how you just said "rule worshipping".

It seems pretty cool, but what if people carried the arguments out the forum.. There should be "innapropriate" things banned from there.. If you know what I mean. Imagine going on 3DSP near your parents and BOOM. Nakedness and stuffs. If that forum were to be made.. I think there should be an option to "flag" a post. When I say flag I don't mean alert a mod. I mean to flag it of inapropriate content so that you know you are entering an inapropriate zone..
Yes, I'm aware that I don't know how to spell inapropriate.

It used to be very active, infact, THE most active forum on the website. Then all at once, the forums became a deserted wasteland.
