The problem with lucidity, is that you have the power to literally do whatever you want, even if it's only in a dream. You must be able to control it, and not let it control you.

I once dreamed falling down, but it actually felt that I was falling down, I wake up terrified and found out I was still in bed. Why does it happen?

Rules of dreaming: Anything is possible. Anything.
NEVER Look yourself in the mirror. You may be distorted bad enough to get a nightmare Time will always change, so look.
Your hand will appear distorted.

And dreams mean something.

If you put yourself through extreme physical exertion without relaxation, and practicly are a sleep as soon as you lay down, your 5x more likely to lucid dream, cause your boody skips stages 1 and 2.

I do a 180 turn in my bed sometimes, my most recent lucid dream, some guy was trying to take over the world from my backyard, got my family and neighbors to my backyard, i said "Can I go pee?" He was like "Sure" So i teleported to my bathroom, and wet my bed while peeing in a urinal...
