Crush42 (2016-06-10 02:00:33)@Panzer, to me, that's like saying photography isn't art, as it, too, can (and often is) be produced quickly and cost-effeciently, and I hope both of us know that is a load of bull.
Anime, and drawing in general, requires precision, time, and often suffering in order to look good. Lines have to be drawn perfectly, careful attention needs to be paid to details you might not even consider in other art forms, and even with computers, getting this style to look good takes a great deal of hard work.
