I haven't downloaded a new song in a really long time; just old songs I used to have because my phone wiped some of them after an update.

Yeah after Froot was released she got older. It was weird. Plus Electra Heart her was way better imo. I think I heard her say on some Youtube chat thing she had on her channel that Electra Heart was easier but took longer, and Froot was harder but didn't feel like it took so long.

There's a comma so half of what you said is because you misread.
But yeah slight error. Replaced with jazz and many other genres -> prog rock. Just a different example that's correct instead. Hardly important to my point.
I needed to say something that she would understand more or less. It was an idea that I exemplified with crappy examples for the sake of lazily getting the point across.

Freshest purchases:

I bought the German version The Man Machine from a discogs seller in Germany. Got Odessa and Black Celebration from one of my favorite secondhand record stores. Odessa is neat because it's before the Bee Gees sold out with disco, I like pre-disco and disco Bee Gees though. Nobody can go wrong with some gritty more industrial Depeche Mode.

Doesn't really matter given the context of my post earlier and the point of it. While the progressive rock part was a statement that wasn't really correct, idk how she misread my post so badly. How can pop punk have anything to do with metal if it came after metal as a genre? People don't really read critically these days, let alone pay attention to punctuation.

@David Both. Bands like Black Sabbath were heavily influenced by chamber music, whereas bands such as Motorhead were influenced more by rock'n'roll (in Motorhead's case it was the MC5).
