Those statistics about homosexuality in other animals is copy-pasted, word-for-word, the LGBT argument for homosexuality that's been round the Internet for at least five years. Don't try and say that your opponents can't form their own opinions after saying that. Don't try and fiddle with a speck in your brothers eyes when you have a plank lodged in your own.
As far as what the Bible has to say about it, no, we are not supposed to hate homosexuals. God does not hate homosexuals, or murderers, or pedophiles, etc. God does not hate anyone. He hates sin, however, which is what the Bible says is a 'detestable sin.' Much as I say that I hate so-and-so, I usually just hate something they do. It's possible to hate something somebody does without hating them.

And I'm not afraid to admit that yes, I've been somewhat of a hypocrite. Yes, I should do a better job at forming my opinion over a few matters as well.
I'm trying to keep my mind open as I can, and become more tolerant.
I belive no one is superior over another, whether the subject is race, gender, or sexual orientation.
And the hate spread by some breaks my heart, because why spread hate when you could be spreading love?
I don't have much of a problem with religious views on a subject, but what bothers me is the hateful attitude from some. Rather than having a civilized debate or argument, others choose to throw insults at each other and expect to win the argument.
Some of my own views are not properly structured, and do need work, but so do views from others.
