Wait just a fat minute. Let me pull out my trusty list of mental and neurological disorders straight out of wikipedia so I can recite them to you. I've been diagnosed with all of them, I swear.

Why do so many neurotypical people who aren't in the medical field act like they know everything about mental health?
And I'm not a fan of neurotypical doctors, I prefer to see someone who at least has depression or something so they understand somewhat of what I go through as an extremely anxious, depressed, autistic person who might have BPD too... (I really hope I get checked for that when I get checked for my autism) ._.
Btw you can't cure autism so why would they overdiagnose autism to make money? It's actually underdiagnosed in AFAB people, fun fact. Most of the people diagnosed with autism are AMAB because when raising a kid, the symptoms of autism look "weird" on a little boy, but most of it's "good behavior" on a little girl (Examples being: It's "weird" for a little boy to quiet and not talk much at all but for a little girl she's just "shy" and is "behaved"
That's why I haven't been diagnosed with it yet actually. I've had all these symptoms my entire life but now that I'm a teenager my mom is just now beginning to notice that I'm very much different from my peers.
Honestly if you know what you're looking for, you can spot the kid with Asperger's in your class.....
1 in 68 kids are on the Autism Spectrum and 1 in 3 people on the Autism Spectrum have Asperger's syndrome.
Seriously, spotting us is so easy, I have no clue how nobody has like asked me if I'm autistic at this point?????
