Dora has down syndrome. Look up how lots of children behave with down syndrome, she talks louder than everyone else, her head is deformed, hell, she has a GUIDE MONKEY WITH HER.

And you know that braclet she has? Lots of children have those, which track you down if you wander off. (+1)-1 for amazing speech.
