Once I was at a pool party and pretty much just stood around eating food the whole time because I don't like swimming. This one dude started a conversation at one point he asked if I was a brony. After I said "Nope" he said "oh" and didn't bring up bronies again. Didn't try to convince me it was actually a good show or anything. This guy is what 4chan would call a normie, and they would never be able to find out he was a brony. It made me realize that anyone could be a brony. Even the normiest of normies. The quarterback of the football team, that one dude who beat you to a pulp, the class clowns, etc. It could be anyone.
That's why I can't judge the brony community as a whole. The louder ones force normal people to be secret bronies so they don't seem abnormal.

I personally like the show (I can explain why so if you wish to know) but I'm not obsessed with it (though I do try to watch it ASAP). I can be more honest but that won't follow what's the thread about in the first place. So yeah, I guess that makes me one...
