I just got a Shiny Aggron and a Fly Pikachu.

And now I have both a Shiny Latios and Latias.

Which Is a better Hydreigon?

Adamant Hydreigon w/ Choice Band (252Atk/252Sp)
Head Smash
Crunch
Outrage/D.rush/D.Claw
U-turn

Modest Hydreigon w/Choice Scarf (252SpA/252Sp)
Draco Meteor/D.Pulse
Dark Pulse
Fire Blast
U-turn

My Physical one is in my regular team and my Special one is in my dragon one.

Swap U-Turn for Flash Cannon on the Special One. You need it to clear out fairy mons who otherwise wall you.

Also, Hydreigon is better Special than it is Physical.

When I used a Hydreigon (now I don't), I decided to give it a Focus Sash because for some reason EVERYTHING OHKOs it.

My Physical Hydreigon does fine. Xerneas and Mawile are the only fairies that can take a hit from it. Almost every other one is one shotted by head smash.

Gen 6 is the first gen l started IV breeding, while gen 5 was where I started EV training.

Remember that Head Smash is terrible as recoil is the last thing you want with Hydreigon's speed tier and defensive stats. Sure, you do fine against opponents expecting it as a special stallbreaker, but it's movepool doesn't lend itself to physical sweeping and wallbreaking like it's Special side does.
