Or, Broly, you can trade a LV1 Onix holding a Metal Coat. Besides, Steelix isn't eligible for Little Cup battles, so there's no point in getting a LV1

I honestly hate Gen 3, or at least, the Hoenn region.

But, to be fair, my Ruby version was a fake.

My favorite generation would have to be generation 4, because it's what got me into Pokemanz.

Gen 2 is the best actually. It introduced more changes to the series than any other gen can claim. Gen 2 gave us our first colored experience, Genders, Breeding, Egg moves, Shinies, Steel Types, Dark type, previous Generation compatibility, as well as introducing the first Uber Pokemon that actually stood a chance against Mewtwo, and introduced several Pokemon that later became top threats in their respective tiers, including OU. It also added the first time we were able to play as a female character, the concept of Happiness, the Day/Night cycle, and the first gen to have Pokemon with split evolution paths.

My personal opinion. Gen3 flucks all. The music(Vs. the weather trio is my favorite legendary battle theme),It introduced some of my favorite Pokemon(If ya didn't know Plusle is my favorite)

Gen5 comes for a close second in the music category though but I hate how they stopped using Berry trees some important things like the berries that dropped evs are hard to get.
