We have what are known as "RP Mods" because roleplayers are to chatters what chatters are to Forum users.

Most normal people avoid the RP Room like ebola the plague, thus leading some to believe that there is a need for "RP Mods". There isn't. If there is to be a user promoted to Chat Mod, it is that user's obligation to keep an eye on every chatroom and moderate.
There is no need for further stratification of our staff. In fact, due to our rather small population size, I see no reason to why each mod isn't a global mod.

Seosha truly deserves nothing as far as modship goes. She can't think objectively, and on top of her major immaturity, she is quite dumb. All horroble qualities for a moderator.

About Kira... I'm pretty sure even though she found a way to stay a moderator, she got our message pretty clearly. It's likely that she'll act more rationally now. If not, should we try to get her demoted again?
