I would think so, yes. The problem is that you're missing out on the chance of a lifetime- to be gorgeous or to be female.

You have a choice between several experiences, all of which can be described as overall pleasurable or mostly unpleasant. You're opting for a negative experience when there are several other positive experiences to choose from.

There are better ways to remind oneself to appreciate the things one has. However, I don't believe it is necessary to appreciate everything every single second of our lives.

Language is a tool for efficient communication. The internet is a tool for fast communication. Do not defy both intents by posting incoherent writing.
