I support courtship rather than dating...I suppose it's alright to start "looking for" or "pursuing" a partner when you're about 16, considering you'll want to take a good amount of time to get to know someone well.
Underage marriage would be an interesting topic...

That whole "Hey Billybob will you go out with me?" thing is pretty corny.
