Exactly...."RP Mod" isn't really a thing.

Although we have some mods who stay strictly in the RP room, they have no chat boundaries. If you promote someone in the RP room, you'll have to assume they might moderate the other chats as well. Magma never really striked me as "mod material", personally....

Besides, we already have two active "RP mods" (three, if you include me)....not to mention other mods who pop in now and then. We don't really need to be considering new mods right now; we have too many as it is.

We have what are known as "RP Mods" because roleplayers are to chatters what chatters are to Forum users.

Most normal people avoid the RP Room like ebola the plague, thus leading some to believe that there is a need for "RP Mods". There isn't. If there is to be a user promoted to Chat Mod, it is that user's obligation to keep an eye on every chatroom and moderate.
There is no need for further stratification of our staff. In fact, due to our rather small population size, I see no reason to why each mod isn't a global mod.
