He did say "So, how's the pay?" a few pages back. I hope that means he's gotten over his problems with talking to the chat mods.

Why does Han need to learn coding for? If he were to be a mod, he doesn't need to learn it, nor if he were a CM. He's fit for a Community Mananger instead.

Except if favoritism.

That's like Harley nominating herself/himself for Community Manager, and they get what they want. You already know what would happen if she/he were ever a CM.

Damn it, you people get your hopes up over nothing.

Allow me to be frank for a moment. As is, aside from Profile mods, you have to either be insane to accept any moderator position, You have to be even crazier to give anyone the privelages given to chat mods, and you might as well be a glorified babysitter if you decide to become CM.

Forum mods are little more than janitors, and Chat mods have far too much sway with the politics of this site, and CMs are nearly indistinguishable from Chat mods asides from name and some additional privelages

No, I'm not gonna bother, not only because I'm positive the chat mods are unlikely to be reasoned with, but because I have better things to do with my time than listen to immature kiddies either excessively sucking up to me, spamming my inbox with hate messages because YOLO, or simply going into pg-13 territory in the RP room by doing everything but having their characters screw.
