HanShotFirst (2013-02-14 04:27:27)You shouldn't bother with Overheat on Groudon. Fire Punch runs off it's higher attack and deals consistent damage. It's also obtaining a pseudo-STAB due to sunlight.
Scizor should have Pursuit in the slot with Knock-off, since it tends for force switches. It's particularly useful too, since you trap Psychic and Ghosts such as the Lat twins, who upon trying to switch eat a very powerful attack. Staying in isn't an option most of the time anyway. It's EV spread needs a bit of work too. There's a bit too much in SpDef, which isn't going to save it from those 4X super effective Fire moves, which are constantly SpAtks. You can actually afford to move most of those into Attack, where the aforementioned Pursuit strikes hard. With no speed investment, You also perform slow U-turns, so investing heavily into bulk (Max HP and a decent SpDef) and placing the rest in power improves it's effectiveness.
As for Arceus, it's too easily walled by steel types. Shadow claw actually serves no use except for hitting them Ghosts that are immune to extreme speed. Are you looking for bulk, or for power? Because a more mid-offensive set like you're trying to accomplish would be a CM one.
Lastly, Reshiram's EV spread isn't very good. In order to abuse Choice Specs, it needs 252 speed EVs in order to outpace Non-Scarfed threats. You can drop this down to 232 and a Speed positive nature, if you need a bare minimum, but Modest is better in this regard. The added HP won't help much anyway since it'll be switching constantly due to Choice Lock, and SR wears it down quickly. You want to hit hard, then get out.
I see nothing wrong with Shaymin-S though. Flinch hax or not, a good set is a good set.

HanShotFirst (2013-02-14 20:57:11)Freeze Hax is actually luck dependent since the highest chance you have of freezing something is 20%.
Try Sleep Hax.

HanShotFirst (2013-02-14 22:04:50)Yes.
Though better Hax users is Sableye, Whimsicott, the Kami trio, Darkrai, and Super Luck Honchkrow.

HanShotFirst (2013-02-14 22:59:05)Use Prankster Landorus over Machamp.
