I'm not complaining about Awakening; as I said, I really liked it. Especially since the casual-friendly options were just that: options. But with Fates, they're choosing to split up the game (like PokéMon) and force the changes they made on all audiences. Frankly (and I know this is going to sound crazy) I actually wish Awakening had been the last game in the series, at least so that it would die with dignity. :l

It should have ended at FE12. The DS games are some of the most bland in the series but they're still better than Awakening - they didn't destroy the gameplay.

Everybody saying these JRPGs pretty much has my list already. FFXV, P5, and GIRXFE I'm most excited for.
