At 11:59, I realized my clock was 1 minute off. I decided to quickly change the time on my clock from 11:58 to 11:59. Unfortunately, changing the time puts the alarm on, so while I was changing the time, the clock hit midnight and a loud alarm rang, surprising the heck out of me.

Long story short, I jumped out of surprise.

How's this, I can, but I don't want to. I've heard a lot stupider in the military, and even (usually jokingly) on this site, but that was by far the stupidest thing I've read all year.
