Alright, I'll give a serious answer.

The only person coming to mind is Hisoka from Hunter X Hunter.

Hisoka is such an interesting and complex character, but he constantly pisses me off, and on top of that is a literal pedophile.

He's twenty-

ing-eight years old and ~~wants to eight year olds~~ is canonically seen thirsting after Gon and Killua, who are both 12 year old boys....

He stares at their asses a lot, he literally has had boners from Gon being angry with him during a fight. Like Gon will yell at him and he gets a literal boner from it. His constant talk about how he's awaiting for Gon to "become ripe". ing weirdo

I like Attack on Titan, but it's heralded as the greatest thing ever when it's not. People say it has good character development, which it actually has none of.
