If you can't compete with out SAT scores, GPAs, fluency in other languages, or anything then you're just not competitive enough to land yourself a job. The days of affirmative action in favor of minorities in accommodation in public institutions is long gone. The only factors take into account now are the ones that matter. i.e. not a quota that must be met.
