Robdeprop and SomeLuigi don't give a crap about the site anymore and almost never add features, but when they do, it's an unnecessary one that no one asked for instead of useful ones like some from the feature suggestions forum.
Erman knows how to develop, design and admin sites. take WOWMeter for an example. that site is really well designed with LOTS of features, most of which were done in just a few days, plus, the site was pretty successful.
the current design of 3DSPlaza is terrible. i'm sure he could fix that, along with adding more features.
