I'm going to make a thd called "how to create threads in misc" Pl0x do not lock nor delete!! Thank You Very Very Much! :^)
I'll be checking in on this site from time to time. It's not as good as it used to be, but it wouldn't hurt to check in.

Leviathan- I'm not going to explain anything to someone who won't listen. Now be quiet.

David- The problem with the way I do my job is that I like to be a couple steps ahead. That's just my style. The problem with this is that my decisions seem to have no apparent reason since there is no apparent problem. In essence, I fix things before they break, and then, to someone who does not pay attention, it looks like I'm just crazy and don't know what I'm doing.
I can't take your advice because I'm not willing to wait for some things to get out of hand. I encourage the creation of quality threads.
I set the bar at just high enough for a Jason thread to be ok, doing better is not a difficult task.

Then what's to keep forum moderators from arbitrarily making up rules?

Its like president Obama bombing Korea before they come over here. Leaving them like "What the hell?! We didn't do anything!"

By using the second method, it works on mobile.

I'm an open book, there are few questions I won't answer honestly, no matter how embarrassing.

So you basically made three of the same threads?
I just exist at this point. Nothing too special going on.
Leviathan (2015-02-18 23:56:58)
This is the fifth. The first three were deleted right as I was jacking with the web page, so I thought jacking with the web page somehow made it delete itself.

This reminds me of when Lindsay deleted Spencer's thread because of the RD Leak being fake. Nait almost demoted her for it.

It's very difficult to make people understand some of the things I do and gain their support. It's always worth it, but at times it's burdensome.
I'm not having much success in that department as of now. I try to make decisions that will improve the forums, but sometimes the users don't understand how it's beneficial.

Also, keying off of what you said about the rules, they're not made by Rob, and they're not enforced by him either. The forum mods make the rules, and they enforce them. The way new rules work is similar to a "majority rules" type of thing. A new policy can only work if it can be enforced consistently. So the majority factors in when it's decided whether the new policy is good or not, and when it's time to put it t the test.
For example, if I decide to allow all sorts of bypassing on the forums, I can do it. I simply have to stop editing them out of comments. The only way to counter this is for some other mod that is more active than I am to do it for me. Whoever is online the majority of the time wins.
Another example, would be if I want to ban the word faggot from the forums. I would simply have to remove it every time I see it. If I can do this consistently, then it becomes a rule. Majority rules.

^ That's pretty broken, there aren't any mods who would counter it, they'd just go with the flow, unless AC does, but he isn't active enough. Unless Nait does something which is extremely unliekly.

Don't ban faggot.

I have enough trust in carlos to make good decisions, tbh.
