Imagine you're in the Ambulance as a driver, and nobody's in that one particular neighborhood you're in right now. I mean, nobody's watching the streets or anything like that. The only person there is some crazy kid blocking you from saving whoever needs saving. What I'd do is hit the guy over, then place him in a trunk or in my Ambulance.
