Silver Shill is a character in 'leap of faith' that tricked the villagers into thinking he was sick, then cured by Flim and Flams' 'cure all' tonic, and now that I think about it, he doesn't really fit an antagonistic role.

Seems like another brony thread. Goodness, do we have enough with these?

Neither, I've never watched the show, except the first part of the first episode of the New Gen MLP, and I cringed along with I Hate Everything.
