I've never been in any painful situations in dreams. I have had a LOT of close calls, however.

I had a dream where I was at a beach house and I went on the beach, and these ghost crabs infested the area, their pinches hurt pretty damn badly. But the weird thing was, was that I had free will, I could talk, look around, and even yells. And by normal standard, I can't do any of that in a dream. But the crabs were painful.
