It's Italian.

I second nearly the entire OP....but I want to address the only thing that ever makes a problem, which is the moderators...

Firstly, moderators shouldn't be lazy....I completely agree. They shouldn't be lazy with their duties....however, unbanning someone who has raeged isn't really a moderator's duty. If the user bypassed, I'm sure Bellamy would have taken appropriate action; but unbanning someone who raeged isn't a priority so she didn't have to go out of her way and take action.

Secondly, the current warning system is a mess....however, I have mixed feelings...
Moderators were given somewhat freedom over how to moderate.....that is, moderating how the individual mod sees fit and appropriate for the situation. I think that's completely reasonable (considering that the moderators themselves should be reasonable).....the conflict happens when there's two moderators in the same chatroom, insisting on doing it their way. Sack did write up some guidelines (along with other mod rules) on how to deal with this, though it still remains to be quite messy. As I keep saying in so many threads: There are no official rules about giving warnings...Rob even said himself that if necessary, giving no warning at all is acceptable..yet we're met with endless conflicts that can be easily fixed with the return of the strike system.

Moderators have always been chosen by favoritism or popularity, at least 98% of the time....unfortunately, there's really no other way to fix this other than trusting a CM will take a neutral ground when in search for eligible users.

I'm not exactly sure where you're getting this "Mods making up rules" accusation....could you expand on that, more?
Unless I'm missing something, I didn't read about any examples of mods making up rules in the OP...I also never see this in the chatrooms, other than a rare moment of "stop mini-modding" threats and whatnot (which shouldn't even happen in the first place)

What does it even matter at this point
The damage has already been done, really
this site won't exist in 2015, I can guarantee that

It looks as if the site will still exist in 2015, but like mega said, in late 2015, the inactivity could be inactive.

I'm still disappointed at why Gold decided to lock this.

@Doreee Registration has been closed for a while now. It's because of an H4D spammer wanting H4D or "his home" to have registration open.

It's like beating a dead horse. Even before regestration Plaza was not very lively. Just let it seep into the pool of forgotten websites like most of the other 3ds ones. Every site has an end. Just enjoy it while people still come here.

......you see it.....don't you?
PhoenixDawn (2014-11-27 20:10:18)
I see your point but you do you believe everyone will listen to you?

If nobody ends up listning to him, then I can help with that.
LinkPG (2014-11-27 23:58:18)
It doesn't matter if everyone doesn't listen. I don't expect everyone to agree.

I don't have time to adress all points in OP's post, but I'll give a short reply.

Registration:
Yes it'll be reopened soon. I'm not sure if email verification is a good idea though. The point of not having it was because a portion of 3DSPlaza's target audience doesn't have an email address.

3DSPlaza dying:
3DSPlaza started in 2011. When it started people said 3DSPlaza would be a failure. Ever since it became succesfull (halfway 2011) people have been saying it's dying. Yes I mean that. And every time it wasn't that way. Sure, 3DSPlaza will become inactive at SOME point, but I don't believe that'll be anytime soon.
10 Years 3DSPlaza!
