No. lol. I am making it a PC game, and a crappy 3ds version too. The main thing will be on steam

My father is a networking specialist and an electronics engineer for NASA. He knows Dos, C, Javascript, HTML, and more. It won't be that hard. And harfod, you may not have liked it, but they damn sure did. We can drop the art thing now. It's over.

DOS isn't a programming language, and I fail to see how HTML is very relevant to your father's occupations as a networking specialist or an electronic engineer at NASA. Along with that, I find it very difficult to believe that you're game will even reach Steam Greenlight.
