Sitting in a small (cleared out) closet, putting earbuds in and blasting music till I feel calm and patient enough to deal with humanity. :/

To let off steam, I brig a metal baseball bat into the basement and repeatedly slam it into a metal desk that I don't use anymore. The loud noise and impact is satisfying.
