Being a billionare playboy by day, single upholder of justice by night is way more badass. A genius level intelect, the espect of my peers, the ability to hold my own against the likes of Superman, Darksied, and Braniac without powers, a world where justice is the only sure thing. Plus the ability to not let success go to my head, that's the life I wish to live, that's how everyone should want to live.

The live-action movies can never really be trusted. You're point with Lucious Fox, he's only an assistant. All of Batman's stuff is his original creations.

Yes, Iron Man "BUILT THIS IN A CAVE WITH A BOX OF SCRAPS.", but numerous times Batman has escaped sticky situations with nothing more than his wit, and good ole fashioned fisticuffs.

They both have genius level intellects, but the difference is that Batman is literally the smartest man in the D.C universe, tied with Lex Luthor.

Tony Stark, is like fifth or sixth smartest in the Marvel universe, beaten out by the likes of people like Mr. Fantastic and Dr. Doom.

They're both capable of rocket science, take the Batmobile, a car, plane, boat, mech suit, and spaceship all in one.
