They're both immortal, so they can't "kill" each other, but Hulk is simply more powerful.

Hulk does get stronger with anger but he is basically immortal like Wolverine but with Thor's lightning it would kill him.

You can't apply regular physics to comic books. Hulk and Thor have fought on many occasions and each time Hulk wins, lightning or not.

@Megabeanish. Hulk has picked up Thor's hammer, and then beat him with it.

Sometime in the middle of that fight, Hulk is no longer under his control, even if he was it wouldn't matter, it's still his strength.

Understand that comic books always follow a loose continuity, sometimes Hulk can pick up the hammer, sometimes he can't.
