Obviously, I knw the battle would have nothing to do with ponies. But let's just say there were ponies with the bronies. Without the ponies, how would the bronies fight the Anti-bronies in which they're loaded with AK's and explosions?

I would be the shady middle-man, leading a small army of kickass Homestuck characters that would flatten your petty battle ponies in a second.
Once the Brony army has been shattered or at least weakened, I would take the side of the Anti-Bronies and use my Homestuck army's abilities to bring Bronies down.
Ponies wouldn't stand a chance against:
Sollux's psionic beams. Relatively large range; can be used to incapacitate and kill an opponent.
Aradia's maid of time powers. She's effectively torn her own heart out and survived, not to mention she can destroy and manipulate timelines with a snap of her fingers.
Eridan's wand and Ahab's Crosshairs. Seriously, Eridan is OP. Ahab's Crosshairs is a rifle, but a really, super powerful rifle. He can cannon-blast somebody to death with a single shot. Same thing with his wand.
Vriska's Fluorite Octet. She rolls attacks with dice. Guillotine creates a blue ghost guillotine that decapitates whoever she wants it to. Sometimes she can activate Ancestral Awakening, getting an awesome blue hooksword and such.
I wouldn't leave it to Nepeta to kill ponies, she's pretty nice. But she's an effective predator and powerful, too, so.
Equius would never kill a horse. He's sexually attracted to them. But if her were convinced... seriously, he uses his fists to fight because he's so ridiculously strong.
Kanaya has a chainsaw and has no problem with killing. She killed Eridan in canon when he finally snapped and killed Feferi and KO'd Sollux, despite his OPness.
Sober Gamzee. JESUS CHRIST. I mean, he'd have no problem at all with going on some crazy killing spree. He's a highblooded troll, too, meaning he doesn't die easily. He could also use his Chucklevoodoos to control ponies.
Feferi just has her trident, but she is a fuchsia blood, so she doesn't die unless somebody were to blast a hole in her chest *coughERIDANcough* or behead her.
Jade has her rifle. She also went Grimbark, so she's a scary werewolf girl now.
Rose went Grimdark, so she's all OP and witchy.
Dave has his sword and his turntables. He's also the equivalent of a ninja.
John? Not sure, but he's special in some way.

They also have their God Tiers. Thief, Bard, Mage, Witch, etc. Thief of Space would be able to steal the ponies' energy and transform it into their own.

So, yeah.

If all of my army agreed, Aradia could screw up the war timeline enough to shatter it, or just initiate the Scratch, making everybody just... not exist.

Doc Scratch (who is an omniscient being of four feet tall) could kill EVERYBODY with a twitch of his pinky.
